Accessibility and Availability
Neighborhood
Incredible location in the trendy LoHi neighborhood with phenomenal bars, restaurants, coffee shops and breweries all within a couple blocks and an excellent night life. A short Lyft/Uber ride to downtown, Coors Field, Ball Arena and Mile High Stadium. Also perfect location for any conferences/corporate events. Red Rocks is only a short 20+ min away. The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom also has an oversized private rooftop deck with an amazing view of the city.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole home, minus my bedroom. I rent out a room and downstairs Murphy bed for guests. Occasionally when traveling I will rent out the whole home. If you're looking for a whole house rental reach out and we can see if it lines up with some of my future travels.

There are City wide Bike Rental spots located all around us here. (we have one across from the Little Man Ice Cream) You can rent bikes by the hour or if you're going to be staying longer, it's more economical to get a month pass. It's worth going on their website and seeing what works best for you. You'll end up saving money in the long run. As for parking, I use and lock the garage to store all of my personal things. However I leave the empty space outside the garage under the overhang for guests. Our spot is marked by the red reflective strip on the code box. You can’t miss it. Guests can park for free there or on the streets. I do it all the time. And although we’re in a very safe neighborhood I still encourage guests to keep valuables out of sight in their cars. Better safe :)
